We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bunavat purchase. Since our products are handcrafted textiles, we have a carefully considered return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artisan partners.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Significant colour difference from product listing
- Item not as described
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Minor natural variations in handloom texture or colour
Note: Natural variations in colour, texture, and weave pattern are inherent characteristics of handloom fabrics and are not considered defects.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or colour variants subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item at no additional delivery cost.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bunavat is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
